Dosage and instructions for use
Apply Zynamed Anti-Fungal to the nail and between the toes and nail bed (as well as possible) 1-2 times daily or as often as necessary until symptoms disappear. For stubborn nail fungal infections, take Zynamed Cleanse&Recover capsules for 1-2 months (there should be improvement within a couple of weeks). When treating the toenails, also treat the shoes once a week with an anti-fungal shower spray to kill the infection in the shoes. If the nail matrix/cuticle area is infected and inflamed, decolorized iodine is the recommended treatment.
